The Tokyo Crossover EP

A 4 track deep house ep (30m 10s) — released March 31st 2008 on Pantone

Shining soulful house star DJ Kawasaki's music was first brought to light back in 2005 via his debut bossa-house driven 'Blazin' via NYC King Street Records and then via Osaka's Especial records in 2006. Now Kawasaki opens up his sound and completes the musical triangle in 2007 with his debut EP for Pantone. Teaming up with Reel People vocalist Angela Johnson, alongside Tokyo starlets Karin and Lena Fuji makes one of the most soulful set of tracks to come from the Japan scene in years, which is why they've been playlisted by Danny Krivit, Timmy Regisford, Kyoto Jazz Massive and Aaron Ross.
